The SeedProd AI Builder creates your whole website in about a minute. This guide covers what comes next: connecting your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, or any assistant that supports MCP) so it can keep editing that site conversationally. Change a headline, rework a section, or retarget a template by describing what you want.
What you need
- A WordPress site with SeedProd Pro installed and activated
- A site generated at ai.seedprod.com
- The free WPVibe plugin connected to your AI assistant (see the WPVibe setup guide for Claude and ChatGPT)
- A recent backup if you plan to enable the theme on a live site
Step 1: Copy your site’s download link
On ai.seedprod.com, find your generated site under Your Websites. Right-click the Download button and choose Copy Link Address. Your AI assistant will use this link to import the site.
Step 2: Ask your AI to import and edit it
Paste the following prompt into your AI assistant, filling in the bracketed parts. It imports your generated site as a SeedProd theme, lists what arrived, and makes a first edit so you can see the loop working. It will not enable the theme or touch your live site unless you explicitly ask.
I built a site with SeedProd's AI builder and want you to manage it from here. The download link for my generated site: [paste the link you copied]. My WordPress site: [your site URL].
1. Import the theme from that link using SeedProd's import-theme ability. If the import reports an error, do not retry it: first list the SeedProd theme templates and check whether a new set (header, footer, homepage, blog page, 404) just arrived. The importer can report a false error after a successful import, and retrying would create duplicates.
2. Show me the imported templates by name so I can see what my site includes.
3. Do not enable the SeedProd theme and do not change my reading settings unless I explicitly ask. If I do ask later, first confirm I have a recent backup and record my current homepage and reading settings so we can undo it.
4. Then make one edit so I can see how this works: [describe a change, for example: change the homepage hero headline to "..."]. After saving, confirm the response says the compile finished, and give me the template's edit link so I can spot-check it in the SeedProd builder.
Step 3: Keep going
From here, every change is a sentence: “rewrite the About page intro for a friendlier tone,” “add a testimonials section under the hero,” “make the 404 page match the new headline.” Edits save through SeedProd’s own builder pipeline, so everything renders exactly as if you had clicked Save in the builder. When you are ready to put the theme live, ask your assistant to enable the SeedProd theme; it will check for a backup first, and you can review everything in the SeedProd builder at any time under SeedProd, then Website Builder.
