Global Settings in the SeedProd page builder let you control the default fonts, colors, background, and custom CSS for your entire page from a single panel. Changes made here apply site-wide to the page, so you can set a consistent design foundation without having to adjust each block or section individually.
Opening Global Settings
Global Settings are accessible directly from the SeedProd page builder. Look for the gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the builder canvas and click it to open the Global Settings panel.

What You Can Configure
The Global Settings panel contains four sections:

- Fonts: Set the default font family, size, and weight for headings and body text across your page. Choosing fonts here establishes a typographic baseline that all text blocks will inherit unless overridden at the block level.
- Colors: Define a global color palette for your page. These colors appear as quick-select options whenever you pick a color for any block, making it easy to maintain consistent branding throughout your design.
- Background: Set the default background for your page — either a solid color, gradient, or image. This applies to the overall page canvas behind all your sections.
- Custom CSS: Add your own CSS rules that apply to the entire page. This is useful for advanced styling that goes beyond what the block settings provide. For guidance on using custom fonts via CSS, see the How to Use Custom Fonts with SeedProd guide.
After making any changes in Global Settings, click Save to apply them to your page. Global Settings changes take effect immediately in the builder preview, so you can see the results before saving.
