This guide covers what has changed between the previous free version of SeedProd and the current version, and how to migrate your existing pages to the new builder.

What’s New in the Current Version

The current version of SeedProd was rebuilt from the ground up. It is no longer limited to coming soon pages — SeedProd now supports Coming Soon Pages, Maintenance Mode Pages, Custom 404 Pages, and a full range of Landing Pages including sales, opt-in, webinar, thank you, and squeeze pages.

How to Migrate a Page

After installing the new version of the plugin, your existing pages will continue to display exactly as they were in the old version. No immediate action is required.

To migrate a page to the new version, follow these steps:

1. Open the page in the new SeedProd plugin.
2. Confirm the page looks and functions as expected. SeedProd will automatically migrate the old page settings.
3. Click Save. Saving the page activates the new version and disables the old version for that page.

Important: Saving a page in the new version permanently switches it to the new builder. If you want to keep showing the old version of a page, exit the editor without saving.

Migration is straightforward — open each page in the new builder, confirm it looks correct, and save. If you run into any issues during the process, the SeedProd support team is available to help.
