Landing Pages Overview

This guide walks you through how to create your first landing page in SeedProd. Landing pages are standalone pages that operate independently from your WordPress theme — they do not include your site’s header or footer.

Note: If you are using SeedProd’s Theme Builder and want to create a page that matches your theme’s design, see this article instead. Make sure you have installed and activated SeedProd before continuing.

Step 1: Open the Landing Pages Screen

In your WordPress admin sidebar, go to SeedProd > Landing Pages. You can also create your first landing page directly from the SeedProd dashboard.

Step 2: Choose a Page Type

SeedProd offers four special page types, each designed for a specific purpose:

  • Coming Soon Page: Show a coming soon page to visitors while your site is still being built. Logged-in users will see the regular website.
  • Maintenance Page: Display a maintenance page when your site needs to be temporarily hidden. Logged-in users will still see the regular website.
  • Login Page: Replace the default WordPress login page with a fully customized design.
  • Custom 404 Page: Create a branded 404 page for visitors who land on a missing URL. You can also use this to collect leads with an opt-in form.

You can also create a standard Landing Page — such as an opt-in, sales, webinar, lead, thank you, or squeeze page — any page with a specific conversion goal. Landing pages get their own URL (for example: http://example.com/my-landing-page/).

To get started, click Add New Landing Page.

Step 3: Name Your Page

Enter a Page Name. SeedProd will automatically generate a page URL preview based on the name you enter. You can change the URL at any time from the page settings after the page is created.

Once you’ve entered your page name, click Next: Choose Template to continue.

Step 4: Choose a Template

Browse the available pre-designed templates and click one to import it. If you prefer to build from scratch, select the Blank Template option.

Step 5: Edit Your Page

After importing a template, SeedProd opens the visual page builder. The left panel contains all available blocks — drag and drop any block onto the canvas on the right to start building your page.
